Payment and return terms

1. Payment

Payment for goods and services is made on receipt or online on the website using Visa and Mastercard bank cards, as well as via available payment methods (including Apple Pay and Google Pay once the relevant services are connected).

After you submit a request, a manager may contact you to clarify the order details, measurement and cost.

An order is considered confirmed once all details have been agreed with the client and/or payment has been successfully completed.

2. Manufacturing and order fulfilment

The products (mosquito screens) are made to individual measurements based on data obtained during measurement or provided by the client.

Manufacturing and installation times are agreed individually and depend on the order volume and current workload.

3. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are carried out as agreed with the client.

The exact date and time are arranged after the order is confirmed.

4. Returns and order cancellation

Since the products are made to individual measurements, returns of items of proper quality are not possible.

A return or replacement is possible in the following cases:
  • a manufacturing defect is found;
  • the product does not match the agreed order parameters.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment, within 7–14 business days after the return is agreed.
